In a tweet from Akitoshi Kawazu, director of the SaGa series, we’ve just received confirmation that the old-school JRPG Romancing SaGa 2 will be coming to the west for Vita!

The SNES classic from 1993 was recently remade for iOS and Android in english, but only in Japan for the Vita. But now it seems that’s likely to change soon. I for one think these kinds of remakes are a blessing, since there’s so many Action-RPGs and so few classic turn-based ones nowadays. It’s also fun to see a game release on Vita. I was beginning to worry that console was all but dead by now.
