A man called Riccardo Faidutti has, along with a few other people, put together a remake of the intro to the SNES classic Chrono Trigger from 1995.
Everything has been remade from scratch: 3D animations, new sprites, and beefed up sound – everything in full HD of course, which makes me understand why it took a while to finish. That dedication! Let’s just hope Square Enix get their act together and do a proper remake of the old game. If they need a hand they can always call Riccardo and his crew.
… Gah. I need to play this game again. To the SNES-mobile! *60s batman sound*
